Description: This is October 1938 edition of arts and decoration it would be in good shape but there's a couple of issues with the spine at the top there is the front cover is torn for about 2 in at the spine the book is still together fully no pages are missing and the pages aren't really damaged either no stains no tears on the pages no writing I'd say the book was in very good condition if there wasn't the problem with the front cover shown in the picture.
