Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE Collectable wire mouse – trap, dating from the early 20th century. French in origin it is based on a bottle, whereby the bottom of the bottle allows the mouse in and the “lid can be removed to release it. The trap is mounted in the middle and is triggered by the movement of a small attached weight. Similar in design to the Marty trap, there is writing on the base of the plate and a cross with the letters HM embossed. It appears to have been used in the past – there is on broken strand of wire to the base of the cage, but this is minor. A practical item, it also displays beautifully
