Description: Antique Stevens JUNIOR CASH REGISTER BANK Aluminum Industrial Foundry Mold LeadThis eBay listing is for a wonderful and hard to find original antique industrial foundry mold that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. This mold makes all the sides for a single toy Junior Cash Register Bank that was sold under the Stevens name after doing a little research online. The mold is made from a thick metal. I'm told that it's aluminum but it could also be lead based on the weight. This is stamped with a number of codes but the major ones features the makers name along with mold number, which is: Iron Art JM100. The overall size of this large mold is 25.5" tall, 14" across and 1.5" deep with a weight of 14.4 pounds. With this much weight, I'm thinking this is made of lead instead of aluminum but I'm probably wrong. The last picture in the listing is what this mold makes as a finished project as found on the web.I just picked up 10 of these old antique molds and will have the others listed in my ebay store at this time as well. Based on their size and weights, they will have to be shipped via Fedex only. That means that I'm unable to ship these to HI, PR, GU, AK, etc... The mold is on the dusty/dirty side since it sat for many many years in an old factory. Most of the molds from this factory seem to be toy or hardware related.
