Description: Antique Sterling Silver English Bracelet w/Walter Lampl Padlock Heart Clasp Pre-owned. From an estate. Antique (London hallmarks on oval bale) sterling silver gate link bracelet with a Walter Lampl sterling silver & enamel heart padlock clasp. Heart still has its attached key. Although, of course, the key is decoration. It fits in the keyhole but you don't turn to open. You open the spring ring with your thumb. Back of heart is marked Sterling along with Lampl's hallmark. As I mentioned, the bale on the gate link bracelet has hallmarks. They are tiny. I can make out an SG mark, the cat head for London, and a date letter of "e". On one of the links on the bracelet is the lion passant sterling hallmark. Widest part of bracelet is 11/16" wide. There is a safety chain which is attached to one small bale at both ends so not much of a safety chain. Combined weight of heart clasp and bracelet is 16.2 grams. Wearable length of 6 3/4". Signature required upon delivery.
