Includes sizes 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 (2), 14. The storage case is included, as well, but the gold foil covering is in pretty rough shape. Pre-owned. The hooks are fine; the gold foil covering the box is in rough shape. No handle is included.
