This is an early American hog scraper dated [by the bottom of the piece] by the way it was made: the metal is a little lighter, and you can see the ring that clips on and holds the whole thing together.The candle stick holder measures 4" tall; the base is 3.75" wide in diameter. The column measures 1" wide. The ejector button is lost so it is not able to raise the candle.
