Underside of lid bears the lion passant and the date letter. Lid has the monogram initials VGB. Oval shape measures 8 cm x 6 cm. A number of bruises and dents around the edge commensurate with age (photos). Lid fits snugly. Hinge good. Silver weight 59 grams.
