The reverse side of the card speaks of the meat packed in solid form – corned beef, ham and beef tongue in 1,2,4,6,10 & 14 Lb. packages, with bone & gristle removed, cooked and ready for table use. They state that every pound is equal to more than 2 lbs. of uncooked meats.
