Description: Antique Mennonite Trip Around the World Quilt. Found in PA. C1890-1910. This is what you are looking for in an antique Mennonite quilt. Traditional pattern. Great colors. Well made. 3 borders. Never washed, near mint condition. Entirely hand pieced, even the borders. Squares measure just under 2 inches. Quilted in diagonal lines throughout and cross-hatch in the border at 6-7 stitches per inch in black thread. Separately applied turkey red binding. Crisp, clean with only one small spot we could find. Very modern looking. Blue print back. 81 x 84.
