The base is also stamped '646' and '10'. Approx. maximum dimensions are : 3 1/8 inches / 8cm diameter across base, 4 inches / 10 cm wide across clasp x 10 inches / 25.5 cm high excluding hookThe lamp is being sold as seen. There are knocks and marks commensurate with age and use.
