Description: Up for auction from a recent estate sale near Chicago Illinois is an antique cast iron Enterprise 8 qt sausage stuffer, as pictured. Nice shape, not sure if this has actually been used. Weighs just under 45 lbs prior to shipping box and packing material. With the press cranked fully downwards the item measures just under 20" and a diameter (which includes the cast iron feet extending out) 12". The actual pot diameter is 9 1/2". The handle extends out another 5 1/2" so I will be unscrewing the handle off unit for shipping purposes to help keep the high (already) shipping cost down. Also included is the metal stuffing tube funnel. Please note: I'm not sure if this unit is missing anything such as possibly a strainer basket? This is not included if it is.
