Signed in part on the beautifully clear and readable top label, "Chas-H-Irwin Original Patentee" "The Genuine And Original Irwin Bits Made In U.S. of A." "Sole Manufacturers The Irwin Manufacturing Co. Copyright 1924 Wilmington, Ohio U.S. of A.", and "Expansive Bit No. 1 Lockhead Expansive Bits" on one end of the carboard box, it is in good intact condition, with its original paperwork, with a instruction sheet with a great graphic of "Irwin" a cartoon type rendering of a stick figure with auger bits for arms and legs. The interior cardboard partitions have had past water damage and staining, as pictured.
