Description: Antique Bronze Mantle Clock w/Light - Woman Statue Holding Clock Above Her Head Up for Sale is an Antique Bronze Mantle Combo Clock/Lamp. This lamp features a bronze woman statue holding a wind-up clock over her head. The lamp is very heavy. The Clock winds and works. I don't know if it keep correct time or not, but it does tick and I watched it keep time for about 45 minutes. The back of the statue has a gooseneck spiral pipe coming out of her back and moving overhead with a light at the end. The base has a switch to turn on the light. It looks like the lamp was re-wired at some point. This bronze work of art has a great look to it. I think parts of it might have been painted gold. The clock has a nice thick beveled glass lens and has no chips or cracks.
