Description: This antique amber quart beer bottle is a great addition to any collection. With a picturesque design and historical significance, it is sure to be a conversation starter. The bottle is believed to have originated from Indianapolis, Indiana, and is a quart sized bottle which is the largest sized bottle that they made. While the bottles from this brewery that were made with blob tops are usually the aqua variants. Found one interesting area in the heel of the bottle where it appears that something was embedded in the glass causing either a manufacturer flaw or 1 inch crack that I barely detected while holding it up to the light. Added a picture of it which is shown the last photo. Other than that bottle may need some additional cleaning or a tumble depending on how clean you prefer your bottles. Please read! Almost every bottle I have for sale is dug. Dug bottles are never in mint condition. They usually have at least one of the following issues if not all of them. Scratches Flea bites (tiny chips that you have to look really hard for that are often seen on the lips of bottles). Haze/staining Case-wear Tiny bruises By making an offer/purchasing any bottles I have listed I'm assuming you've read what I wrote and acknowledge that there are likely 1 or more of the following issues listed above. I do a quick 30 second glance over my bottles to inspect them before listing. I do my best to mention cracks, chips, and bruises. But am not going over my bottles with a magnifying glass trying to discover flaws that are so tiny that you have to put in effort to find them as it isn't worth my time. As a collector myself, I understand that damage is a deal breaker on some bottles, but the extent of the damage is also important, which is why I'm just going to say that all my bottles have the minor things that I listed above. I will describe cracks, chips or bruises that are found when examining the bottle or bottles before listing (minus fleabite sized chips and tiny bruises that are caused from case-wear as these are found on 95% + of dug bottles). $25 + shipping is my bottom $ with most bottles on here as any less than that isn't worth my time as feebay takes out fees on what I make, then they take out fees on what the post office makes when I don't even make anything off the shipping. When it comes to the shipping I use priority mail. Yes there are cheaper rates from sellers who own a printer; I do not. I get free labels and boxes using priority so I'm sticking with that unless someone donates a working printer to me. My shipping is estimated and isn't always accurate as just one ounce can change the cost by over a $1. While I do have scales I don't use them because I don't know what materials I'll be using for fill which can change the weight of the box. It's too much of a hassle to pack everything before hand if I'm not guaranteed a sale, so just look at the total cost of the bottle and shipping both and consider it the total cost of the bottle or bottles and decide if it's worth it or not. If I overestimated the shipping cost feel free to send me a refund request for the amount that I overestimated and I'll refund anything that went over the listed shipping amount. However I have no power to do refunds, so messaging me about it with no refund request will not help. I would just make shipping free so that some people would have no issue with it, but I would have to factor in that people in far away states with high shipping rates may buy the bottles and that'd cause me to have to jack up the price causing me to possibly lose sales to closer buyers. I can do better on price for those who are buying multiple small to medium bottles as I can combine the shipping. As stated $25 is my bottom $ on most bottles on here, but if there are multiple listings you'd be interested in purchasing, I can most likely go cheaper if they're small to medium bottles. I can fit up to four pint beer or soda bottles in one box. I can fit even more smaller bottles in one box. If that's what you're wanting to do please message me before making any offers so that I can edit the listings to where I can give you the best deals. If you make offers or purchases before messaging me about combining the shipping, then it will be on you to figure out how to request a refund (yes eBay makes that a challenge). If you are planning on doing a local pickup I can give you a better deal than I would someone who I'd have to ship to, so please message about that before purchasing if that's what you're wanting to do. Please select the local pickup option rather than paying for the shipping because I do not know how to refund the shipping costs if it's paid for on my end.
