Antique Aesthetic INSECT Bee Meriden Silver Plate Four Leaf Clover Footed Dish Attractive estate fresh antique Aesthetic Movement Meriden quadruple silver plate four leaf clover footed dish with applied bee. Measures 3 3/4" tall x 6 1/2" in diameter. We have seen similar pieces described as card trays as the flat top surface isn't really ideal for food or candy. Bottom marked "Meriden B. Company - Quadruple Plate - 235 U.S.A" Fresh out of a local estate. Nice as-found antique condition with light evidence of age and handling. Some minor superficial scratches and handling marks throughout. Plating wear apparent on the top of the handle. Clover pedals appear to be slightly bent downward. We have not attempted to bend or polish this piece. Displays nicely. Sold as-is / as-found. Images sell!
