It does have a small notch as shown in the pictures. it could be a cutout.- Sleeve: The sleeve has no splits and no significant damage.- Record: The record played through on both sides with no skipping. It has VERY few scratches/scuffs. We bubble wrap all of our records and ship them in cardboard mailers designed for records. Again, please refer to the pictures for the condition.
