The now world famous Lucas’ Papaw Ointment is made in Australian from Queensland grown papaws (also called paw paw or papaya). The fruit is delivered fresh to their factory in Brisbane and fermented under strictly controlled conditions. Lucas' Papaw Ointment has anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties and can be used for local topical application to temporarily ease the symptoms of many skin complaints, including: dermatitis & eczema abscesses & pimples bruises minor burns and sunburns dry and cracked skin & chaffing including nappy rash heat rash stings& bites tinea The Lucas' Papaw Ointment formula has remained unchanged for over 100 years, from when it was formulated by Dr Lucas (a medical practicioner and botanist) who believed that Papaw was the finest natural medicine yet discovered. Postage & Handling: Our current handling time is 5 business days, not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We use Australia Post for all deliveries and are trackable. All parcels are of no signature required unless requested. If there is no one home for delivery, and if there is no safe place to leave your parcel, Australia Post will bring your parcel to Post Office for collection. Please ensure you collect your parcel within 10 days or it will be returned to us. Return fees of $16.00 (standard) or $27.00 (express) charged by Australia Post & redelivery fees apply. All international returns will incur a return fee of $25.00. You must provide addresses in English. We are unable to send parcels that are not in English. Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. Once dispatched, no recalls can be made. If parcels are returned to us, return & redelivery fees apply. We do not accept returns for wrong product purchased or change of mind. If returns are accepted for wrong product purchased or change of mind, a 20% restocking fee applies. We do not cover the cost of the return, and the delivery fees paid to our posta partner are not refundable. Unauthorised returns will not be refunded. Damaged returns will not be refunded. All dangerous goods with express post will be cancelled and fully refunded as dangerous goods cannot be air lifted. Products will be dispatched in 5 business days for all standard and express parcels. For international customers, we do not cover any duty, tax or charge by your local customs. Please check with your local customs if there are such charges and if the products may be imported into your country. We are not responsible if your parcel gets rejected by your local customs. For international customers, it is compulsory to provide street addresses. Addresses with PO Box will be cancelled and refunded.
