Description: Vintage 1970s Set of 6 Green Hand Crocheted Oval Placemats Vintage set of green oval place mats, hand crocheted in the 1970s. Lacey looking design and size work well as tray liners or doilies. Crocheted items can be washed and reshaped/stretched/blocked into a similar shape. They measure approximately 12" x 14 1/2". Color is best seen in photos taken with white background. Vintage placemats from a time when T.V. trays and T.V. dinners were frequently used. Placemats are in nice used condition. Placemats have discoloration, dirt and I'm guessing part of a long ago dried dinners on them, and one placemat has one thread that is unraveling -- and must be taken care of by someone who knows how to do that before it unravels any more. Worst of issues shown in last two photos. Discoloration may come out with a good soak, which is something I did not do after taking these out of storage.
