Padded hip belt with pockets on each side, two side pouches that work well for water bottles (I could fit two 1L smart waters on each side. Plus it has elastic cinches to tighten down if you use less.) Extra storage in the external mesh pouch. Interior is just one large bag with a small zippered pouch.
