Description: These cards are "Portrait Collection" variations, they were not pack issued but were going to be used for another project by Donruss back in 1997. Donruss had the photographer sign the cards and initially were going to serial number them out of 500 and make plaque's out of them. From our understanding the project lost steam and never got off the ground to reach completion. You just can not find these cards anywhere, not sure how many are actually produced but based off of lack of sales and lack of listing's that number has to be very low. These are truly a unicorn of 90's baseball cards, don't miss out on your opportunity to acquire one for your collection!
