If they do not work the first time, flip them 180 degrees in the socket.** NOTE: You will receive LEDs for the illumination sockets only. Also, A 'regular incandescent' bulb can go from 1 - 10, with 1 being dim/off, and 10 being full brightness.The LED can go 1, then 8 - 10.
