1980 Topps Star Wars Empire Strikes Back Complete Set (PSA AVG 8.59)

Description: Hello fellow Star Wars fans, this is a COMPLETE 352 card (FULL 3-part SERIES) set and a COMPLETE 88 sticker (FULL 3-part SERIES) set. Together, they complete the FULL COLLECTION of 1980 Topps cards & stickers released for Empire Strikes Back. To get an overall view of the set's condition, I PSA'd a selection of 39 cards/stickers. The graded average comes out to 8.59!. There are TWENTY-THREE 9's & SIXTEEN 8's. The high grades are representative of the entire set. There are surely some lower and I can safely say that many other 8's & 9's remain. Even 10's wouldn't surprise me. The set is in "pack fresh condition." The cards were opened and sleeved back in 1980, and left sitting in temperature controlled storage. Who would do such a thing? The cards were owned by Andy Yanchus. He was a colorist for Marvel, where he worked on Amazing Spider-Man, Alpha Flight and UnCannyX-Men...amongst other titles. It gives the cards some additional fun provenance. Proof of provenance can be provided upon purchase. Lastly, the sticker collection in ungraded but looks impressive. Sharp corners, clean edges, dozens of well-centered options, and clean surfaces. There is a factory imprint of some type on some of them, which doesn't detract from their wonderful eye appeal. I will consider offers, so feel free. Just keep them "within the realm."
