CAPTAIN ACTION "Action Cave" playset, Montgomery Ward's Exclusive at Christmas 1967! 10.5 x 19 x 6" deep vinyl case w/carrying handle made as an accessory for Captain Action figures and accessories by Ideal. Depicts the outside of a cave and front features great graphics of Captain Action and Action Boy with his panther. On the right side is a "Detour" sign and this is a die-cut opening which folds down as designed for the Batman version. Interior has vacuum-formed reactor background and printed cave interior. Case originally designed for 3" tall Batman figures but reconfigured to hold 12" Captain Action figures and accessories. Intact with original storage shelf on the inside left.
