This GM-style column features a GM top shaft and a 3-7/8" Wiring Plug. Pre-welded under dash mounts are included with all 1967-72 columns and are designed to fit your application. Using an adapter, add an aftermarket steering wheel and the gripping surface of the new wheel will be in the same location as the original. The shift pattern on these columns allow you to use either a 3 or 4-speed automatic transmission. The 1967-72 column shift column comes complete with a neutral safety switch, a gear shift indicator is an option, but not included.
