The one side is grey and the other side is yellow (all of the other 1961 hood insulation pads are currently made from the yellow insulation as well, they just do not show the yellow side). The insulation kit fits in under side structure of the hood. This kit is die cut and ready to install. Spray adhesive is recommended to attach the hood insulation kit to the underside of the hood. Your can get the spray adhesive at your local auto parts store. Please ask questions.
