1960s My Fair Lady Record Store Display Standee Sound Track Audrey Hepburn Movie

Description: This auction is for an original record store display standee given out to promote the original movie sound track album for My Fair Lady starring Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison. The display could be put in store windows, on countertops or elsewhere in the store. This cardboard display measures 12" x 12" and has an easel attached to the back. It could be displayed flat or the store owner could fold the flap out on the easel on the back and then the display could stand upright on a counter or in a window. The front is glossy. I bought it from an old record store about 28 years ago (and that record store had been open since the 1940s). I bought many of their old record displays dating from the 1940s to the 1960s. I believe this would date back to the mid 1960s. The display is in good used condition - the upper left and lower left corners have about 1" of creasing on them - the upper right and lower right corners have about a 1/4" of wear on them - there are a couple scuffs in the lower right corner - there is light edge wear on the bottom. the back has some yellowing/toning with age - the back has some dirt/dust on it. This is a record store display standee only - no record is included (it didn't come with one). These store displays are hard-to-find as they were not available to the general public.
