It could probably be restored if you're willing to put the time in. It features miles per hour gauge, amp meter, fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge, temperature gauge, as well as an odometer. I'm not sure exactly which model it came out of but I was told it was 1940s - 1950s. By the look of the cloth wiring, I would imagine that is fairly accurate.
