There is some minor edgewear on the cover corners. The spine has faded a little. The front and back hinges are split but the pages ARE tight. There is a small edge tear on the long outside edge of pages 51 to 56 (three actual pages). The pages have very lightly tanned over time. Otherwise this very Rare book is in Good condition!
