Flexible ribbon life span 50,000+ hours low power consumption Non-waterproof You can cut them into pieces, minimum 3 leds at a time. you can see the pictures I have a 3 led piece a 9 led piece and a 12 led piece that I just cut off the roll. I cut them while all were lit. Each piece can be wired from either end. Look at the pictures carefully and you will see two small copper circles at the cut locations, here you solder on wires to attach to a battery. They are marked + and -. I had a 12 led piece on one of my small 5 amp/hr batteries( same as in the picture) and it lasted over a week bright and several more days as it dimed down after 10 days I disconnected it although it was still showing light. They are sticky backed so you can pull off the wax paper and stick them wherever you need them. They will have the wires attached as you see in the pictures.NO battery is included this listing is just for LED lights.
