The nuts are a little bit smaller than the average pecan but have a richer flavor in my opinion and bake into a fantastic pecan pie! The tree these were harvested from has never been sprayed with any kind of pesticides or chemicals. The nuts were hand harvested fresh by my son & I between October 15th and Sep 10th 2024. They are raw and unpasturized as well, and did I mention the most delicious pecans I've ever had! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. We do our best to pull out any that are bad, but occasional undesirable nuts do occur maybe 1 out of 20 which is why we overweigh packages by about an ounce.
